Clinton-Dix appeared to confirm the deal on Twitter, sending a goodbye note to Packers fans.

Clinton-Dix wore Taylor's jersey number 21 in Green Bay, and says he'll wear number 20 for the Redskins, who took Taylor's number out of circulation after his death in 2007.

Washington will send Green Bay a fourth-round pick for Clinton-Dix, according to multiple reports.

The 25-year-old has recorded 27 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, and three interceptions this season.

Right-wing Politicians in Bolivia, Venezuela Fawning Over Bolsonaro Win
There is much evidence his candidacy was aided by a massive, probably illegal, disinformation campaign against his opponents. They fear a Bolsonaro government will trample on human rights, civil liberties, and free speech - especially by leftists.

Oil falls on oversupply worries despite Iran sanctions
Brent crude oil fell $1.12 or 1.5% to a low of $75.77 per barrel and was trading around $76.24, down 65 cents, by 1130 GMT. That's in contrast to a pledge made just days ago by Saudi Minister Khalid Al-Falih to pump flat out.

Leicester City helicopter crash
Srivaddhanaprabha gets picked up by his helicopter on the pitch at the King Power after every Leicester home game. It is unclear whether they any survivors but the witnesses on the scene report that a huge fireball erupted.

He was in a contract year and had speculated earlier in the year that he was likely not going to be in Green Bay in 2019.

So let's grade the trade for both sides.

"I watch a lot of his games, I study his tape", Clinton-Dix said of Swearinger.

The Redskins are leading the NFC East, with a defense that's top-five in the league in total (322.4 yards per game; fourth), rushing (80.1 yards per game; second) and scoring defense (19.1 points per game; fifth). Clinton-Dix can certainly help there, with 11 interceptions and 16 pass breakups over the last two-and-a-half seasons. But without Clinton-Dix, a starter, the Packers are now left with Kentrell Brice, Jermaine Whitehead and Josh Jones. That could really hurt, as they're right in the mix in the NFC North at 3-3-1 ahead of playing three of their next four games on the road against the New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings. In addition to trading away Ty Montgomery to the Baltimore Ravens, the Packers traded Pro Bowl safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to the Washington Redskins just moments before the trade deadline ended. The Packers will be flush with cap space next year, especially once Randall Cobb and Clay Matthews come off the books, making it possible Gutekunst will be one of the most aggressive players on the open market.
