Stormy Daniels Fires Back at Trump: 'Game On, Tiny'

Attorney Michael Avenatti fired a warning shot in response to President Donald Trump's tweets in which he called Avenatti's client, adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, "Horseface". She will confirm the letter she signed.

This past Monday, a federal judge voted to dismiss Daniel's defamation suit on the basis that the evidence against Trump can not be categorized as defamation. She sued the president in April over a tweet in which he denied her claims of being threatened by a man in a Las Vegas parking lot in 2011.

"US District Judge James Otero in Los Angeles ruled that Trump's speech was protected by the First Amendment as the kind of "'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States".

Monday's ruling does not affect a separate lawsuit Daniels, who claims to have had an affair with Trump in 2006, is bringing against the president regarding a 2016 nondisclosure agreement she signed.

She tweeted back to Trump Wednesday morning, calling him "Tiny". Daniels had even commissioned a sketch of this character, a sketch that was unsurprisingly criticized and discredited by Trump. "How many other women did you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home?" he tweeted.

British Isles brace for Storm Callum as powerful gusts hit Ireland
Spray and flooding is also likely to lead to hard driving conditions and some road closures. About 2,000 homes and businesses in England are without power, according to BBC News.

At any rate, it didn't take long for Daniels to respond to Trump's petty insult, and it really says something that - as usual - she, an adult film star, handily managed to outwit, again, the President of the United States.

Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, vowed to appeal the decision and said he was confident it would be reversed. Trump tweeted, misspelling the actress's name.

In an interview with CBS News earlier this year, Ms Daniels said a stranger had approached her while she was with her young daughter, and had threatened her. But Trump has made the label stick to Warren, overshadowing her ambitious political agenda. And perhaps a penchant for bestiality.

In September, a segment on Tapper's show was dedicated to Trump's penis, with CNN correspondent Sara Sidner reading an alleged description of Trump's genitals from Stormy Daniels' book.
