Netanyahu Says Israel Preparing for War With Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for his part, vowed to bring the attacker to justice.

The attack happened in a factory at the Barkan Industrial Park, in the north of the West Bank, early Sunday, according to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus.

A wave of Palestinian attacks against Israelis, predominantly settlers, broke out in 2015, but they have since become sporadic.

This was the third time Karajeh is detained by Israel, he was released from Israeli prisons past year; he was previously detained twice, once in 2013 and another time in 2016, during which he served nearly 40 months of imprisonment. Last month, a Palestinian teenager stabbed an Israeli to death at a junction at the entrance to a large bloc of Israeli settlements in the West Bank near Jerusalem.

Under the UN-brokered deal, Qatar pays for the fuel which is then delivered through Israel with United Nations monitoring, a diplomatic source said.
