Jane Moore told viewers of the live show that Daniels had withdrawn from "Celebrity Big Brother" because of a sudden custody issue in her ongoing divorce battle and she felt she had to concentrate on her child.

But she pulled out at the last minute, and her lawyer said producers "insisted she conduct herself in a certain way".

When asked to comment on reports from an "insider" that she quit after demanding extra money, Mr Avenatti said: "Complete b******t". Reports that Big Brother sought to control Stormy to achieve a specific outcome are also completely false.

The adult film star, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was poised to appear Thursday on "Big Brother", but was not among the personalities featured on the show's premiere.

The 39-year-old was reportedly due to make a hefty US$950,000 fee - but she apparently backed out after producers refused her demands to be paid another US$130,000 to go in as planned.

Stormy, meanwhile, was due to appear on ITV's Loose Women on Friday afternoon to talk about why she pulled out of CBB, however the interview could not go ahead.

He added: "My heartfelt thanks goes to the fearless first responders who were so quickly on the scene following the attack". None of the injuries are believed to be "life-threatening", said police, who were yet to say if they suspected terrorism .

She told viewers that a custody battle in the USA was behind her decision not to appear on Celebrity Big Brother.

Moore relayed the details of her chat with Daniels, telling the studio audience: "This is her side of the story".

"Big Brother tried to work out a fair compromise with her but in the end, for Big Brother, launch night is about housemates moving into the house, not about celebrities pulling out".

Broadcaster Channel 5 claims Daniels spoke with producers just a few hours before airing and rescinded her offer to appear on the show. And she thought, 'I can't commit to being in the house'. "What she wanted to do was sort that out". "She wants to come on".

Daniels made global headlines over claims the president's then personal lawyer Michael Cohen paid her hush money days before the 2016 election to stop her claiming she had an affair with a married Mr Trump in 2006.

Daniels alleges in a civil lawsuit that she and Trump had an intimate relationship that lasted from summer 2006 "well into the year 2007" and which included meetings in Lake Tahoe and at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
