Isaiah Thomas has finally found a new home.

Despite the dramatic phrasing, it wasn't an unreasonable demand by Thomas.

Thomas averaged 15.2 points in 26.9 minutes per game with the Cavaliers and the Lakers last season. The deal, sources told Wojnarowski, is for the veteran minimum. He likely will come off the bench in Denver, where he'll have a chance to be a lead scorer for the second unit, giving the Nuggets a boost when their starters are out.

"I say this with all sincerity: I love the kid", Malone said before Thomas left for Boston, according to Nick Kosmider of The Athletic.
