There's a new lawsuit in the Charlie Rose sexual harassment case. The plaintiffs - Katherine Brooks Harris, Sydney McNeal and Yuqing "Chelsea" Wei - were all junior employees in their 20s when the acts occurred, the lawsuit says.

Charlie Rose was sacked after eight women leveled sexual harassment accusations against him.

Harris, McNeal and Wei all allege Rose physically and verbally sexually harassed them and also faced verbal abuse from the host.

Harris says she once wore a mini-skirt with roses on it, and the ex-"CBS This Morning" anchor said they were HIS roses. A new investigation by The Washington Post brought to the public's attention an additional 27 women, who say Rose behaved improperly towards them.

According to the suit, Rose fired both Harris and McNeal after the first Washington Post article was published. Rose sexually harassed them and that managers knew about complaints against him before November, when he was sacked.

The lawsuit alleges that "CBS This Morning" Executive Producer Ryan Kadro "knew that Mr". He is also supposed to have made sexual remarks on various occasions. With the stories that have come out about the likes of Rose, Matt Lauer and Mark Halperin, the networks are making strides but women need to know they can report wrongdoings without repercussions, she said.

Since Rose was sacked, CBS News said it has taken steps to ensure a safer workplace, including mandatory misconduct training.

During lunches with Harris, Rose would place "his hands on her thigh and [kiss] her cheek", the lawsuit alleges.

"CBS never got back to Ms. Wei about her complaint", the suit said.

CBS News did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Her complaint included allegations against Kadro, whom she said kicked her chair as a show of intimidation.
