Sarah Palin's son, Track, arrested on domestic violence charges for second time

Sarah Palin's eldest child, Track Palin, was arrested on charges of domestic violence for the second time in two years.

Track Palin, was arraigned Sunday morning on charges of felony burglary, assault in the fourth degree and criminal mischief for causing property damage in Wasilla, Alaska, according to court records.

Back in 2016, Track Palin was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Todd told cops that he had armed himself with a pistol and was prepared to "protect his family". Track, according to the same affidavit, was not swayed by the weapon, instead breaking a nearby a window, crawling in the house and beating his father to the ground, repeatedly punching him in the head.

An affidavit from the arresting officer revealed that Sarah Palin, 53, had claimed her oldest son was "freaking out" and on "some type of medication". The charges stemmed from an event that occurred on Saturday, December 16, but the specifics haven't released, save for the fact that the charges are all related to domestic violence.

Police confronted Track Palin in the residence.

He pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm while intoxicated, and took a plea deal that resulted in other charges being dismissed. She alluded to her son's arrest during a campaign rally, suggesting that he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder after returning from a military deployment in Iraq.

Palin ran unsuccessfully for vice president on the Republican Party's ticket alongside Sen.
