The charges of sex trafficking have been filed by the legal council for actress Kadian Noble alleging that, "Harvey Weinstein was able to force or coerce Kadian into sexual activity in his hotel room because of his promise to her of a film role and use of his influence on her behalf, despite having no intention of following through on those promises".

But that was until Kadian Noble, an aspiring British actress, made a decision to sue both Harvey and his brother Bob, and the Weinstein Company under federal sex trafficking laws, in order to bring the movie mogul to the justice that his actions over the years, has deserved.

In detail, Noble's complaint describes how Weinstein allegedly had her parade around in front of him for "audition purposes", groped her breasts, pulled her into the bathroom, and began "to rub [Noble's] breast and buttocks".

"He ejaculated all over the bathroom floor, and stepped over it as though nothing happened", said Noble, recalling how Weinstein was initially flattering and asking if the actress liked him.

The case could have major consequences for Weinstein because several of his alleged assaults on actresses occurred overseas.

She added that her decision was not motivated by money, but "just the freedom of expressing and saying to him what he's done, it just ruins people's lives".

The lawsuit came on the same day as a civil claim in the United Kingdom from an anonymous woman who said Weinstein forced her into sex. The actress thought they were going to discuss a role for her.

Weinstein "blocked her exit" next according to court papers and 'pulled down Kadian's shirt, revealing her breasts, and unbuckled his trousers and belt'. According to the complaint, one producer told Kadian on the phone while she was in a hotel with Weinstein that she needed to be a "good girl and do whatever" Weinstein wanted for future work.

Ms Noble said she first met the now disgraced movie mogul at a Bafta after party in London in February 2014 where he was surrounded by stars such as Naomi Campbell, Rita Ora and Oprah Winfrey.

She is also suing the Weinstein Co. and Bob, accusing them of being aware of Weinstein's behavior and of contributing to his foreign travel to recruit women into "forced or coerced sexual encounters".
