19 de octubre de 2017, 17:04Washington, Oct 19 (Prensa latina) Hundreds of people gathered today on the campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville to oppose white supremacist Richard Spencer, who tours USA institutes of higher studies to spread his racist message.

It's time to stand strong and united against this type of hate, showing white nationalists like Spencer we will not stand for the bigoted philosophy he has been spreading across the country. Tenbrink got out of the auto with a handgun while William Fears and Colton Fears yelled, "I'm going to f--ing kill you", and "Shoot them". As the brothers urged him to use it, Tenbrink then fired one shot, thankfully missing the group. The three were charged with attempted murder. Tenbrink, who detectives said "willfully and willingly fired a deadly weapon" with the "intent to kill", also faces charges of possession of a firearm by convicted felon.

The men fled the scene and headed north on Highway 75, police said.

Another bystander said they memorized the license plate number of the vehicle and shared it with police. Tenbrink is being held on a $3 million bail while the brothers' bails are $1 million each.

Sessions won't say if he'll jail journalists
Holder added, The Washington Free Beacon reported . "Those issues were discussed and we wrestled with this policy". He also won't discuss his private conversations with Trump, citing longstanding Justice Department tradition.

Law enforcement, safety groups remind teens to stay safe behind the wheel
In 2015, among teen drivers involved in fatal crashes, 10 percent were reported as distracted at the time of the crash. All states have instituted stricter guidelines with varying degrees of severity for teen drivers since the 1990s.

Jeremy Lin set to miss season with knee injury
The Nets had hoped Lin and recently-acquired point guard D'Angelo Russell could form a high-scoring duo as the team's foundation. He landed awkwardly and clutched his knee before signaling to the bench and repeatedly mouthing the words "I'm done".

"This incident and how quickly it was handled displays the true teamwork that went into yesterday's Unified Command Centre activation", said Alachua County Sheriff Sadie Darnell. Detectives said Tenbrink admitted to the shooting, according to his arrest report.

Before Thursday shooting, the three men said that they were "pushing back" against the left and exercising their right to free speech. "Us coming in and saying we're taking over your town, we're starting to push back, we're starting to want to intimidate back". The University of Cincinnati last week ultimately decided they would "uphold the First Amendment" and allow Spencer to speak, after a threat of a lawsuit from Bristow.

Protesters began yelling and chanting when Spencer took the stage, and he criticized them for trying to suppress his speech.

That meant a state of emergency being declared in Gainesville by Gov. Rick Scott, the influx of more than 1,000 law enforcement officers to watch over almost 2,500 demonstrators and a virtual suspension of normal campus life - not to mention the outsize attention Spencer craves.
