The new trailer allows us to take a look at the End of Zoe DLC, where a mysterious man named Joe who lives on the banks of the swamp meets Zoe casually, irreparably linking their fates.

Both DLC scenarios are releasing as standalone content on December 12, alongside the Resident Evil 7: biohazard Gold Edition, which includes the base game and all previous DLC's on top of the new scenarios. Not a Hero, which gained notoriety earlier this year for its inclusion of a curiously misshapen Chris Redfield, was originally expected to release in spring 2017.
