National Football League notes: Bradford might return on Sunday for Vikings

"I was being facetious", Zimmer clarified Monday, Sept. 18. I think every time that I've done that, you just know.

Sam Bradford isn't playing Sunday, and might not play on any Sundays in the near future. Sometimes after the game I'm upset. "All I know about is this week". Bradford threw at practice Wednesday and said he is feeling better. Dont'a Hightower, Rob Gronkowski and Danny Amendola all participated in practice Wednesday and should be a go for Sunday. I don't have a crystal ball; I wish I did.

Bradford, who did not play in their Week 2 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a sore knee, said he's still evaluating himself before deciding if he can suit up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday.

Bradford has already suffered two torn ACLs in his National Football League career and missed the entire 2014 campaign as a result of one of them. After a definitive 29-19 Week 1 win over the New Orleans Saints, the Vikings fell to the Steelers last week on the road 26-9.

If Bradford can't suit up, the Vikings will be forced to turn to Case Keenum again, the journeyman reserve who threw for a woeful 4.5 yards per pass against Pittsburgh.

Chris Spielman, who also will serve as the analyst for Minnesota's October 1 game against Detroit at U.S. Bank Stadium, doesn't believe uncertainty over the starting quarterback affects the preparation of teammates.

Announcing the threat level was being lowered, Rudd said: "I would urge everybody to continue to be vigilant but not alarmed". People were injured in both the attack and then the stampede which followed as commuters ran for their lives.

Below you see a graph published by CNN based on the information of the US Geological Survey , with the intensity of this quake . The quake's epicentre was 4.5 km east-northeast of San Juan Raboso and 55 km south-southwest of the city of Puebla.

"Their safeties don't get a lot of depth a lot of times, so it gave us opportunities", Roethlisberger said.

More often than not, Keenum's starts are somewhere in the middle, leaving it up to the rest of his team whether they come away with a victory. Did we make some mistakes yesterday? Luckily for Tampa, after a solid week one performance, their team has stayed clear of serious injuries which typically pop up during most teams first contest.

And finally, to the last two missed tackles, we go to a similar play the Browns used in Week 1 to force a missed tackle from Haden.

The Vikings' quarterback situation will continue to provide intrigue after weekend reports indicated Teddy Bridgewater could be ready to play when he's eligible to be activated from the physically unable to perform list in four weeks.

"We chat up, talk about Florida State, and I ask how he's doing and he asks how I'm doing", Rhodes said. "That's an area I can really improve on, just being more open to criticism as well".

They can replicate that, even with Keenum under center - the 2016 numbers show it's possible, with the Vikings and Rams offenses designed around their star running back and not known as high-octane passing attacks.
