Chelsea not complacent ahead of Community Shield

Chelsea's season begins on Sunday with the Community Shield against Arsenal, a team Conte rates as rivals for the Premier League despite the Gunners last winning it in 2003-04.

Sanchez was Arsenal's leading scorer with 30 goals last season, including the opener in their FA Cup final triumph over Chelsea at Wembley in May.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte admitted he was "angry" and "frustrated" with referee Bob Madley for his performance in the Blues' defeat to Arsenal in the Community Shield.

Arsenal, with Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil both rested, looked sharp from the start and on 22 minutes, record-signing Alexandre Lacazette hit the post, after good interplay with Danny Welbeck.

And the Gunners eventually won the game on penalties after Thibaut Courtois and Alvaro Morata missed their spot-kicks.

Moses, who scored early in the second half, had his goal cancelled by an equalizer from Sead Kolasinac late in the game.

I am not all that confident after seeing the teams, to be honest, so can this Arsenal team prove me wrong and give Chelsea the blues?

Nigeria global Victor Moses stabbed the ball home on 47 minutes for Chelsea, but Arsenal equalised nine minutes from time through new signing from Schalke, Sead Kolasinac.

Next episode of Game of Thrones season 7 leaks

Suns willing to trade Dragan Bender as part of Kyrie Irving deal
Irving has made himself look like a locker room problem, as much as he is a talent. Obviously, they would not want a player who has no desire to play with the team.

Meanwhile, Wenger has also indicated that his squad is too big and he will have to sell some players before the start of the new season.

Here's a look back at those games.

Morata was brought on in the closing stages and the 24-year-old headed narrowly wide late on in what would have been the flawless introduction following his summer arrival from Spanish giants Real Madrid.

"The strength of professional people is to not be diverted by noises that are not their problem", Wenger said Thursday. "Eden is happy to stay with us and play for us".

At that moment Pedro, made a very stupid tackle after which he received the red card.

On several occasions, Theo Walcott was in good situations, but it is obvious that former English national team member is far away from his glory days.

- This was Arsenal's third shootout in the Community Shield, having lost its previous two against Manchester United in 1993 and 2003.

Cahill, scored for Chelsea to open the shootout, which was based on the ABBA format used in tennis tie-breaks.
