Investigators have not determined the objective of the list and they are still trying to determine its meaning.

U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) talks to reporters after a gunman opened fire on Republican members of Congress during a baseball practice near Washington in Alexandria, Virginia, U.S., June 14, 2017.

Scalise and lobbyist Matt Mika remained in critical condition Friday. They said he told his wife earlier this week he was heading back to IL; he canceled his YMCA membership a day before the shooting; and had talked to a local garage about getting his van ready for the trip. She said she thought her husband, James Hodgkinson, had gone to the Washington area to work on tax policy.

Shortly after Tasha returned home with her son, Eli, Hodgkinson "just left" and went to Alexandria, Virginia where he lived in a van for two months before embarking on his manic shootout, Knepper said.

"I'm sorry that he did this, but there's nothing I can do about it", she said, according to interviews posted on St. Louis television stations' websites. But when his wife was specifically asked if politics "consumed" him, she refused to say. "There's nothing I could do about it". Our social media feeds are nothing but echo chambers to which we turn to instead of getting to know people who are different than we are in real life.

Hodgkinson was a volunteer for the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign a year ago and has comments on his social media accounts strongly criticizing President Trump.

The nation is still reeling from the horrific violence unleashed on Republican members of Congress at a practice baseball game for a charity, and more details are surfacing that reveal the motivation of the deranged shooter, James T. Hodgkinson. Sue Hodgkinson said pleadingly.

Most recently, police spoke with Hodgkinson in March after receiving complaints of a man firing 50 shots in the woods near several homes.

Hodgkinson was armed with a 7.62-caliber rifle and a 9-mm handgun.

Not mentioned: In 2002, according to police records, Hodgkinson became the foster father of a girl whom he allegedly abused.

"ATF has conducted traces on these weapons and has determined that both were purchased by the shooter from federal firearms licensees". And I met a man and a woman who said that they don't agree on President Donald Trump, but they're still friends.

The FBI posted a notice asking for information about Hodgkinson, including these contact phone numbers: 202-278-2000 and 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
