It has already taken an estimated $86 million in worldwide box office. So far, it's reportedly hauled in a whopping $100 million in US ticket sales alone, and another $122 million internationally, making it the most successful and biggest-ever film release with a woman in the director's chair.

It also means good news for Wonder Woman, who has already had the sequel greenlit, and we're told it will be set in the modern day.

Gal Gadot's "Wonder Woman" topped the Fandango poll of 10,000 moviegoers as their most anticipated summer movie.

Gal Gadot stars in the film as the titular hero.

The first competitive match for the new management will take place in August in a World Cup qualifying game in Uruguay. Argentina face Uruguay in Montevideo on Aug 31. "It's a tournament that has to find you consolidated".

Pelley out as "CBS Evening News" anchor
Pelley's Evening News , which remains in third in both measures, had the largest declines; 6 percent in viewers and 13 percent. Mason was assigned to the London Bureau from 1987-1990 and was CBS News' Chief Moscow Correspondent from 1991-1993.

The times, or rather Hollywood's pathetic attempt at catching up to them, also help contribute to Wonder Woman's success. The film was forecast to rack up between $80 million and $90 million in ticket sales in the USA and Canada during its opening weekend, according to those who have seen prerelease audience surveys.

Director Patty Jenkins now holds the record among female filmmakers for the most lucrative opening weekend ever.

However it would be the lowest opening for a DCEU movie to date. From perfectly chiding "its male mudslingers with humor and grace" in the script to offering a women-only screening of the film in spite of male critics, "Wonder Woman" stands as an emblem of female empowerment. Lebanon banned the film because Gadot is Israeli. As such, there may not be a right answer to the question (and fans may never get to see the characters duke it out on screen). The conversation surrounding critics' impact on the summer box office swirled after "Baywatch" received an aggregate score of 19%, and proceeded to flop over the slowest Memorial Day weekend in almost two decades.

What did you think about Calderone's new Wonder Woman metal cover? "Considering the superb content of the movie and its popularity, we are confident that the movie will do well in the cinema". Now that it was released, the figure supported the poll.
